Refunds

 

We understand that some parents may join a club and then feel that it’s just not for them.  When we set out to build the Hawks program, and your daughter’s team, we did so with the knowledge that everyone that joins this program will stay with the program.

 

Before you come out to tryouts, please review our website for practices, tournaments, etc, for the season.  Most of our entire program will be laid out by early February so by the time we have tryouts, you should have a good indication of conflicts, etc.

 

Our budgets are figured as closely as possible to break even at season’s end.  The cost of tourneys, gym rentals for practices, etc are directly related to the revenue we receive from our player registrations.

 

So, if you choose to quit, we still have the same expenses, tourney and practice fees, that we planned on when you initially signed up.

 

Some players did not make the team that would have loved to be part of the Hawks program.  When we built the team, we did so with the intent of utilizing all of the revenue from fees to pay for our expenses.  Even though you won’t be playing, we will still have the same expenses we projected when your daughter joined the team.

 

So, the bottom line, for us and for all prospective members of the Lehigh Valley Hawks teams, unfortunately, there are no refunds.
