Step I: Tryouts & Team Notification

Tryouts are posted on the main page of the website… www.lehighvalleyhawks.com.

 

Feb 26, 2012:  Tryouts for all teams; 5th grade thru HS.

 

Team Notification:  Beginning March 1, Coaches will Contact Players to Offer spots on Hawks teams.

Step II:  Print and fill out Club Reg. Form

Yes, another form but this one is for our club roster.

If you were called and offered a spot on one of the Hawks teams, the next step is to……….

 

Print this Registration Form (will be posted shortly) and fill it out completely.

Step III: Get your AAU Insurance Card Here.

Go To This Link:  AAU Insurance

You will select the Join AAU link on top left (small tab, 2nd row).  When you register you will be asked for the following…………

 

Club Code:  (Club # will be updated shortly)

Club Name: Lehigh Valley AAU

Select the Added Benefit, $14, for one year.

 

Print Two Copies of the Insurance Reg; one for you and one for your coach.

Step IV: Paper Practice. Team Meeting to Submit Reg. info for season.

Put the following into an envelope to hand in to your coach at the Club Meeting.

1. Club Registration Form (will be posted shortly)

2. 1 Copy of AAU Insurance Card.

3. Check written to the Lehigh Valley Hawks for your fees for the season. (See reg. form for your team/age)

4. Uniform Fees:  Ooops, there are none!

5. Fund Raising Fees:  Ooops, there are none

Hawks Coaches: Head Coaches and Assistants

 

Return 

AAU Insurance.  All coaches also need to register and secure AAU insurance.  Use the Links and info above and select the New Non Athlete link and choose the $16 Youth Program.  Print two copies and we will reimburse you at club meeting.
