Step 2: Get your AAU Insurance Card |

Print Two Copies of the Insurance Reg; one for you and one for your coach. |

Step 3: Club Meeting |
You will receive an email from us regarding the time, date and place of the Hawks Club meeting. One parent must be there; kids do not have to be at this meeting. |

Step 4: Submit Reg. info for season. |
Put the following into an envelope to hand in to your coach at the Club Meeting. 1. Club Registration Form 2. 1 Copy of AAU Insurance Card. 3. Check for Hawks fees for season. 4. Uniform Fees: Ooops, there are none! 5. Fund Raising Fees: Ooops, there are none! |
